About Us – Care Net Chilton:
Women of child-bearing age living in Chilton County and other surrounding areas enjoy free, no-cost, pregnancy testing and if your test is positive and you qualify, our trained staff will provide a free ultrasound to verify your pregnancy. Our desire is to help you through the crisis of an unplanned pregnancy, helping to bring restoration of broken relationships, and to help women learn to be a great parent to their child. In addition, we provide a world of resources for pregnant women.
